Interpretation


  1. Regulation 2 of the Grain (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations is
amended by inserting after the definition of "container system unit" the
following definition:

  "forward contract" means a contract entered into before 25 June 1981 for the
sale of a specified quantity of grain at a specified price, being a contract
of which written evidence existed before that date;".

  2. The Schedule to the Grain (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations is
repealed and the following Schedule substituted:
