Commencement


  1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1984.

Interpretation


  2. Regulation 2 of the Grain (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations is
amended by omitting "14 September 1983" from the definition of "forward
contract" and substituting "28 August 1984".

  3. Regulation 3 of the Grain (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations is
amended by omitting sub-regulations (2) and (3).

Schedule


  4. The Schedule to the Grain (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations is
repealed and the following Schedule substituted:
