GRAIN LEGUMES LEVY REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1991 - NOTES

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, and having taken into consideration
the recommendations made to the Minister by the Grains Council of Australia
with respect to the rate of charge to be prescribed for the purposes of section
7 of the Grain Legumes Levy Act 1985, hereby make the following
Regulations under the Grain Legumes Levy Act 1985.
