1993 No. 30 IMMIGRATION (EDUCATION) CHARGE REGULATIONS - REG 6
Prescribed amounts-section 6 of the Act
6. For the purposes of section 6 of the Act, the amount prescribed in relation
to an applicant for an entry permit or visa of a class specified in relation
to that amount is the amount set out in the Schedule.
