1. Amendment


  1.1 The Imported Food Control Regulations are amended as set out in 
these Regulations.
[Note: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation
Act 1901, s. 48.]

2. Regulation 36 (Prescribed chargeable service - lodgement of import 
entry)


  2.1 Omit the regulation, substitute:
What services are prescribed services?
  "36. For paragraph (e) of the definition of 'chargeable service' in 
subsection 36 (11) of the Act, the making of an import entry is a 
prescribed service.
[Note: The provision of a prescribed service in relation to food to 
which the Act applies is a chargeable service: see s. 36 (11) of the 
Act.]".
