1979 No. 288 IMMIGRATION (GUARDIANSHIP OF CHILDREN) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENTS) - REG 2

Prescribed officer for the purposes of section 4A of the Act

2. Regulation 3A of the Immigration (Guardianship of Children) Regulations is
amended-
    (a)  by omitting from paragraph (g) " Interior " and substituting "
Capital Territory "; and

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (h) and substituting the following paragraph:

"(h) the Director of Child Welfare in the Department of Community Development
of the Northern Territory.".
