1979 No. 95 LIVE-STOCK EXPORT CHARGE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENTS) - REG 3

3. After regulation 5 of the Live-stock Export Charge Regulations the
following regulation is inserted: Amount per head of buffaloes exported

"5A. (1) For the purpose of paragraph 10 (1) (a) of the Act, the amount per
head of buffaloes exported is 75 cents.

"(2) For the purpose of paragraph 10 (1) (b) of the Act, the amount per head
of buffaloes exported is 25 cents.

"(3) For the purpose of paragraph 10 (1) (c) of the Act, the amount per head
of buffaloes exported is $3.".
