  1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1982.

  2. Regulation 3 of the Live-stock Export Charge Regulations is amended by
omitting from sub-regulation (3) "$3" and substituting "$4".

  3. Regulation 5A of the Live-stock Export Charge Regulations is amended by
