Commencement


  1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 September 1984.

Principal Regulations


  2. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Live-stock Export
Charge Regulations.

Amount per head of cattle exported


  3. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from
sub-regulation (2) "35 cents" and substituting "50 cents".

  4. Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from
sub-regulation (2) "3.33 cents" and substituting "5 cents".

  5. Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from

  6. Regulation 5A of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from
sub-regulation (2) "35 cents" and substituting "50 cents".
