  1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 September 1985.

  2. Regulation 4 of the Live-stock Export Charge Regulations is amended by
omitting from sub-regulation (1) "16.2" and substituting "16.8".

  3. Regulation 5 of the Live-stock Export Charge Regulations is amended by
