Commencement


  1. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on
 1 July 1986.

Principal Regulations


  2. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Live-stock Export
Charge Regulations.

Amount per head of cattle exported


  3. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from
sub-regulation (3) "$4" and substituting "$3".

  4. Regulation 5A of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from
