Commencement


  1. Regulation 5 shall come into operation on 1 March 1988.

Principal Regulations


  2. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Live-stock Export
Charge Regulations.

Repeal of regulations 3, 4, 5, 5A and 6


  3. Regulations 3, 4, 5, 5A and 6 of the Principal Regulations are repealed.

  5. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended:
  (a)  by omitting from item 1 "$3.30" and substituting "$9.80"; and
  (b)  by omitting from items 4 and 6 "17.2" and substituting "27.2".
