  1. These Regulations commence on 1 April 1990.

Schedule


  2. The Schedule to the Live-stock Export Charge Regulations is amended:
  (a) by omitting from item 1 "6.10" and substituting "8.60";
  (b) by omitting from item 4 "26.2" and substituting "31.2";
  (c) by omitting from item 6 "26.2" and substituting "31.2";
  (d) by omitting from item 11 "16.2" and substituting "28.2".
