"Part II.-Deposits (Regulations 4-7).".

  3. Regulation 19 of the Life Insurance Regulations is amended by omitting
from sub-regulation (1) "six" and substituting "five".

omitting Form 1.

Transitional


  6. Notwithstanding the amendment of regulation 19 of the Life Insurance
Regulations effected by regulation 3, sub-regulation 19 (1) of those
Regulations as in force immediately before the commencement of these
Regulations continues to apply to a company in respect of a return that
relates to a financial year that has expired before the commencement of these
Regulations.
