  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Law Reform Commission (Allowances)
Regulations.

Repeal of former Law Reform Commission (Allowances) Regulations


  2. Statutory Rules 1979 No. 168 are repealed.

Allowances payable to members of the Commission


  3. For the purposes of sub-section 16 (2) of the Law Reform Commission Act
1973, the following allowances are prescribed, namely, the allowances payable
to an officer of the Australian Public Service.
