Commencement


  1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 September 1984.

Schedule 3


  2. Schedule 3 to the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations is
amended by adding at the end thereof the following Item:

"67    A person employed under Part III or IV of the Members
        of Parliament (Staff) Act 1984".
