  1. Schedule 1 to the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations is
amended-
  (a) by inserting after Item 9 the following item:
    "9A Australian Capital Territory Health Authority";
  (b) by omitting Items 28, 30 and 37; and
  (c) by inserting after Item 40 the following item:
    "40A National Exhibition Centre Trust".

  2. Schedule 3 to the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations is
amended-
  (a) by inserting after Item 3 the following items:
    "4 Electoral Commissioner
    5 Deputy Electoral Commissioner
    6 Australian Electoral Officer for a State"; and
  (b) by omitting Items 20, 23, 32, 46, 47, 51 and 52.
