  1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1988.

  2. Schedule 1 to the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations is
amended by inserting after Item 2 the following item:
  "2A. A.C.T. Institute of Technical and Further Education".
