1990 No. 246 MARRIAGE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3. The Fifth Schedule to the Marriage Regulations is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from item 11 "20.00" and substituting "30.00";

   (b)  by omitting from item 12 "55.00" and substituting "65.00";

   (c)  by omitting from paragraph (a) of item 12A "$10" and "$5" and
        substituting "$12" and "$6" respectively;

   (d)  by omitting from paragraph (a) of item 12B "$10" and "$5" and
        substituting "$12" and "$6" respectively;

   (e)  by omitting from item 13 "55.00" and substituting "65.00";

   (f)  by omitting from item 14 "20.00" and substituting "25.00";

   (g)  by omitting from item 15 "20.00" and substituting "25.00".
