  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Oilseeds Levy Regulations.

Interpretation


  2. In these Regulations "the Act" means the Oilseeds Levy Act 1977.

Growers' organization


  3. For the purposes of the definition of "growers' organization" in
sub-section 4 (1) of the Act, the organization known as the Grains Council of
Australia is prescribed.
