  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Offshore Minerals (Fees)
Regulations.
(NOTE:  These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s. 48.)

Interpretation


  2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:
  "the Act" means the Offshore Minerals Act 1994.

Fees


  3. For the purposes of a provision of the Act specified in column 2 of an
item in the Schedule, the fee specified in column 3 of the item is prescribed.
