19. For the purposes of the definition of "approved trustee" in subsection 3
(1) of the Act, the following bodies and classes of bodies are specified:

   (a)  a life assurance company;

   (b)  an eligible bank;

   (c)  an eligible financial corporation;

   (d)  a registered organisation;

   (e)  a corporation authorised by or under a law of a State or Territory to
        act as an executor, administrator and trustee;

   (f)  the Bank of New South Wales Nominees Pty Limited.
