1989 No. 281 OCCUPATIONAL SUPERANNUATION STANDARDS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Statutory Rules 1988 No. 255 are amended by adding at the end the following
regulation: Certificate by approved auditor-transitional arrangement

"2. In spite of the amendment of the Schedule to the Occupational 
Superannuation Standards Regulations effected by the preceding regulation, and
without prejudice to the operation of Form 2 in that Schedule as in force on
and after 21 October 1988, a certificate by an approved auditor in accordance
with Form 2 in that Schedule as in force immediately before that day
continues, for the purposes of subparagraph 12 (1) (a) (iii) of the Act, to be
a certificate by an approved auditor in the prescribed form in respect of the
year of income that commenced on 1 July 1986.".
