4. After regulation 7 of the Principal Regulations the following regulation is
inserted: Prescribed period for the purposes of sub-section 38 (5) of the Act

"7A. For the purposes of sub-section 38 (5) of the Act, the period of 2 years
is prescribed in relation to all receiver licences.".
