1986 No. 213 RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS (LICENSING AND GENERAL) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

After regulation 2 of the Radiocommunications (Licensing and General)
Regulations the following regulation is inserted in Part II: Prescribed
associations or bodies for the purposes of sub-section 9 (11) of the Act

"2A. For the purposes of sub-section 9 (11) of the Act, the following are
prescribed associations or bodies:

   (a)  Australian Telecommunications Commission;

   (b)  International Maritime Satellite Organization.".
