1988 No. 120 RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS (LICENSING AND GENERAL) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3. Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting items 66 and
67 and substituting the following items:
"66    multipoint distribution station a station:


   (a)  that provides one way radio
transmission to not fewer than 4
multipoint distribution station
receivers; and

   (b)  that uses a single frequency and an occupied bandwidth exceeding 4
megahertz.
 67     multipoint distribution

        repeater station                a station that is used for the
reception of radio transmissions from a multipoint distribution station and
for the
automatic retransmission of those
transmissions to multipoint distribution station receivers.".
