1.   Amendment


  1.1   The Radiocommunications (Licensing and General) Regulations are
amended as set out in these Regulations.

2.   Schedule 1 (Specified Expressions in relation to transmitters)


  2.1   Item 20A:
Omit paragraph (a) (in column 3), substitute:
 "(a) a base station, not forming part of a cellular mobile telephone service,
which is:
 (i) able to communicate by means of radiocommunications with; or
 (ii) connected by a line to;
a public switched telephone network; and".

  3.1   After item 6, insert:
