3.1 Paragraph 8 (b): Omit the paragraph, substitute:

"(b) the differences between the variant and the device:

        (i)    are likely to result in a reduction to; or

        (ii)   are unlikely to alter; the radiofrequency emission
               characteristics of the variant.".
