1986 No. 198 RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS (RECEIVER LICENCE TAX) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Regulation 3 of the Radiocommunications (Receiver Licence Tax) Regulations is
amended by omitting sub-regulation (2) and substituting the following
sub-regulation:

"(2) Where the amount of tax in respect of the grant of a receiver licence
would, but for this sub-regulation, be an amount not exceeding $30, the amount
of tax in respect of that licence is $30 or 75% of the amount for one year,
whichever is the less.".
