1983 No. 69 SALARIES AND WAGES PAUSE (EXEMPTIONS) REGULATIONS - REG 5
Exemptions in respect of certain claims, during the prescribed period, in relation to terms and conditions of certain Commonwealth employees
5. A tribunal or authority specified in column 2 of an item in Schedule 3,
being a tribunal or authority referred to in section 8 of the Act, shall have,
during the prescribed period, the powers that would, but for that section, be
exercisable by that tribunal or authority in relation to the making or varying
of an award or determination specified in column 3 of that item for the
purposes of the claim specified in that column of that item, being a claim by
Commonwealth employees engaged in employment of the kind specified in column 4
of that item and who are employed by the organization specified in column 5 of
that item.
