Removal expenses on appointment, transfer or ceasing to be a member


  Regulation 12 of the Schools Commission Regulations is amended by omitting
from sub-regulation (1) " the Minister may authorize the payment to that
person by way of allowance of " and substituting " there shall be payable to
that person by way of allowance an amount equal to the ".
