1988 No. 1 SEA INSTALLATIONS (PERMIT APPLICATION FEES) REGULATIONS - REG 3

3. (1) For the purposes of subsection 72 (1) of the Act, but subject to
subregulation (2), the fees specified in the Schedule are prescribed in
respect of applications for permits.

(2) The fees specified in the Schedule do not apply to an application in
respect of a sea installation that was installed before the commencement of
the Act in accordance with a permit granted under another law of the
Commonwealth.

(3) for the purposes of subsection 72 (2) of the Act, the time prescribed for
the payment of a fee for an application for a permit is 30 days after the
application is made.
