1. Amendment


  1.1 The Taxation Administration Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.
(NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s. 48.)

2. New regulation 2AA


  2.1 After regulation 2, insert:
Prescribed Royal Commission
  "2AA. For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of 'eligible Royal
Commission' in section 2 of the Act, the Royal Commission into the NSW Police
Service, created by Letters Patent dated 13 May 1994, is prescribed.".
