  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Telecom (Capital) Regulations.

  2. Section 71 of the Telecommunications Act 1975 continues to have effect as
if the amount by which the sum of the amounts determined under subsection 71
(1) of that Act exceeds the sum of the amounts determined under subsection 71
(2) of that Act were reduced by 25%.
