1994 No. 341 VETERANS' ENTITLEMENTS (REHABILITATION ALLOWANCE) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3.1 Subregulation 10 (1): Omit the subregulation, substitute:

"(1) Application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal under the
Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 for review of a decision of the
Commission:

   (a)  under subparagraph 5 (a) (ii); or

   (b)  under regulation 7 or 8.".

3.2 Subregulation 10 (2): Omit "subregulation (1),', substitute "paragraph (1)
(b),".
