- REG 1. Amendment 

1.1The Veterans' Entitlements Regulations are amended as set
out in these Regulations

- REG 2. New regulation 6A 

2.1After regulation 6, insert:
Decoration allowance
    "6A.    For the purposes of paragraph 102 (5) (d) of the Act,
the British Empire Medal is prescribed as a decoration.".
