1993 No. 220 VETERANS' ENTITLEMENTS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2.1 Definition of "veteran": Omit the definition, substitute:

" 'veteran' means:

   (a)  a veteran as defined in paragraph (a) of the definition of 'veteran'
        in subsection 5C (1) of the Act; or

   (b)  a member of the Forces, or a member of a Peacekeeping Force, as
        defined in subsection 68 (1) of the Act.".
