1. Commencement


  1.1 These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 January 1994.

2. Amendment


  2.1 The Veterans' Entitlements Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.

3. Regulation 9 (Travelling expenses under section 110 or 132 of the Act)


  3.1 Subregulation 9 (7):
Omit "18.5 cents", substitute "19.7 cents".

4. Application of amendment


  4.1 The amendment made by regulation 3 has effect in relation to travel
undertaken after the commencement of these Regulations.
