Citation


  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Wine Grapes Levy Regulations.

Interpretation


  2. In these Regulations, "the Act" means the Wine Grapes Levy Act 1979.

Rate of levy


  3. (1) For the purposes of the definition of "marketing amount" in
sub-section 6 (2) of the Act, the amount of $3 is prescribed.
  (2) For the purposes of the definition of "research amount" in sub-section 6
(2) of the Act, the amount of $1.30 is prescribed.

  4. For the purposes of section 6a of the Act, the amount of $10,000 is
prescribed.
