  1. These Regulations commence on 1 July 1988.

  2. Regulation 3 of the Wine Grapes Levy Regulations is amended by omitting
from subregulation (1) "$3" and substituting "$4".

  3. Regulation 4 of the Wine Grapes Levy Regulations is amended by omitting
