2. New regulation 2A

2.1 After regulation 2, insert:

Products of the soil that are grain for the purposes of the Act

"2A. For the purposes of the definition of 'grain' in subsection 3 (1) of the
Act, the following products of the soil are declared to be grain:

   (a)  pasture seeds;

   (b)  tree seeds;

   (c)  horticultural seeds.".
