1. Amendment


  1.1 The Wheat Marketing Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.
(NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s. 48.)

2. Regulation 2A (Products of the soil that are grain for the purposes of
the Act)


  2.1 Omit the regulation, substitute:
Products of the soil that are grain for the purposes of the Act
  "2A. For the purposes of paragraph (c) of the definition of 'grain' in
subsection 3 (1) of the Act, the following products of the soil are declared
to be grain:
  (a) canola;
  (b) cottonseed.".
