Commencement


  1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1984.

Interpretation


  2. Regulation 3 of the Wireless Telegraphy Regulations is amended by
omitting from sub-regulation (1) the definition of "the Telecommunication
Convention" and substituting the following definition:

  " 'the Telecommunication Convention' means the International
Telecommunication Convention done at Nairobi on 6 November 1982.".
