BAIL ACT 1978 - SECT 30AB
Power of Land and Environment Court to grant bail on appeals
(1) The Land and Environment Court may grant bail in accordance with this Act
to any person accused of an offence if, in connection with the offence, an
appeal against a conviction or order or against the severity of the sentence
is pending in the Land and Environment Court.
(2) Section 27 (1) applies to
the Land and Environment Court’s powers under this section in the same way
that it applies to the District Court’s powers under section 26 (1) (c).
