BARANGAROO DELIVERY AUTHORITY ACT 2009 - SECT 9
Board of Authority
(1) There is to be a Board of the Authority.
(2) The Board is to consist of
the following members: (a) the Chief Executive Officer,
(b) the Secretary of
the Treasury,
(c) a nominee of the City of Sydney Council approved by the
Minister,
(d) not more than 4 persons appointed by the Minister.
(3) Of the
members appointed by the Minister, one is, in and by the instrument of
appointment or another instrument made by the Minister, to be appointed as
Chairperson of the Board.
(4) Schedule 1 sets out provisions relating to the
members and procedure of the Board.
