Capacity of aliens to hold and deal with property and interests in property
146A Capacity of aliens to hold and deal with property and interests in
property
Notwithstanding the provisions of any Act or law--
(a) a person is not
prevented from taking, acquiring, holding or disposing of any property by
reason only that the person is not a natural born British subject, and
(b)
title to property may be derived through, from, or in succession to such a
person, in all respects as through, from or in succession to a natural born
British subject.
