CROWN LANDS ACT 1989 - SECT 119

119 Vacancies in office of administrator

(1) The Minister may by notification in the Gazette:

(a) remove an administrator from office, or

(b) fill a vacancy in the office of administrator.

(2) The office of an administrator becomes vacant if the administrator:

(a) completes a term of office, or

(b) resigns the office by instrument in writing addressed to the Minister, or

(c) is removed from office by the Minister under this section.
