CROWN LANDS ACT 1989 - SECT 141G
Operation of Division
141G Operation of Division
(1) The operation of this Division in respect of the rent of a holding or an
enclosure permit is not a redetermination of the rent for the purposes of this
Act or any of the Crown Lands Acts.
(2) This Division has effect despite any
condition to which a holding or an enclosure permit is subject.
