CROWN LANDS ACT 1989 - SECT 143D
Division does not apply in respect of Western Division
143D Division does not apply in respect of Western Division
(1) Subject to this section, this Division does not apply in respect of
licences or enclosure permits situated in the Western Division.
(2) The
regulations may apply the provisions of this Division, with or without
modification, in respect of licences or enclosure permits situated in the
Western Division.
(3) If the regulations apply the provisions of this
Division in respect of licences or enclosure permits situated in the Western
Division, the regulations may modify the application of any other provision of
this Act in respect of those licences or enclosure permits.
