CROWN LANDS ACT 1989 - SECT 99
Operation of Division
99 Operation of Division
(1) This Division does not affect the provisions of any other Act relating to
a particular reserve or reserve trust.
(2) The functions of a reserve trust
or the Minister under this Division are not affected by anything contained in
any Crown grant issued for the reserve.
